Ukrposhta (upon request)
- Suitable for small parcels
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
International Delivery
We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery time and cost depend on the destination and the selected carrier.
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- USA / Canada: 10–21 business days
- Asia, Australia: 10–25 business days
Delivery Cost
Delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the carrier’s rates. If the return or exchange meets our policy conditions (defective item, incorrect product, mismatch), the store covers the shipping cost. In all other cases, shipping fees are paid by the customer.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons, processing time may be slightly longer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your shipment on the website of the selected carrier.
